A STAGGERING three hundred easter eggs were given to Acorns Children’s Hospice.
Employees at Doncasters Precision Castings Deritend on Vines Lane, Droitwich, have been collecting sweet treats to give to the children at the Hospice.
The business, which makes industrial gas turbine blades and vanes, wanted to put smiles on children's faces during Easter.
Indy Rattu, Doncasters’ Vice President of Europe, said: “Doncasters’ colleagues at our Doncasters Precision Castings Deritend site in Droitwich decided to donate their Easter eggs to the local children’s charity to bring smiles to their faces.
“It was fantastic for them to be able to hand over 300 Easter eggs to young people who are being supported by Acorns Children’s Hospice – an amazing charity that I know does so much for families in this area."
