A proposal to build a two storey house in a Worcester street has been rejected by city planners.
Plans to knock down a shed and garage in Albert Road to make way for a house had been submitted to the city council.
But planning officers decided it would amount to inappropriate development and would have a harmful impact on neighbouring properties.
Neighbours also objected to the plans, raising concerns over the design of the proposed property and the increased pressure on parking it would cause.
