An exhibition showcasing the work of local school children has opened at Number 8 in Pershore.
The visions of Croome exhibition features artwork from Abbey Park Middle School, Defford-cum-Besford CofE First School, Eckington CofE First School, and Overbury CofE First School, following a visit to Croome Court and Park.
Earlier this year the schools took part in a tour of Croome and an art workshop led by Worcestershire artist David Birtwhistle and arts facilitator Fran Prince.
The children looked at shading and perspective and a selection of work produced was transferred to canvas for the exhibition, which will run until Wednesday, April 16. Admission is free.
Number 8 holds an annual showcase of children’s culminating from an art project with schools.
