A BIG Easter weekend party with a well-known DJ is on the horizon at two popular clubs.

Radio 1's lunchtime DJ Scott Mills will be the main draw at Tramps in Angel Place, Worcester, when the presenter performs an hour-long set on Saturday, April 19 followed by a meet and greet session with his adoring fans.

Tramps teams up with Velvet to kick things off with Spring Fest on Thursday, April 17, offering five rooms of music across the two venues before Velvet goes it alone for 80s, 90s and 00s night on Friday, April 18.

Finally, Tramps will be transformed into a chocolate factory on Sunday, April 20 for the free Willy Wonka Chocolate Party full of confetti cannons, a balloon drop, chocolate fountains and much more.

Dean Hill, Tramps director, said: "Easter weekend is great because for most people they get four days off, that gives us an excuse to put on some unforgettable nights. I’m especially looking forward to having yet another Radio 1 DJ in for a live set.

"It shows people that Worcester is a top place to go to for a night out. Willy Wonka Chocolate Party will be fun also as people love to dress up and get involved. I’m expecting to see a real effort from Worcester as always."
