A BEAUTIFUL Worcestershire garden will open for Victim Support on Bank Holiday Monday, August 25.

The Tynings, at Church Lane, Stoulton, will be open from 2pm to 4.30pm in aid of a local charity, Victim Support., which helps victims of crime. Entrance fee of £4 includes light refreshments.

The garden is owned by one of Victim Support’s volunteers, Mrs Bryant, who helps witnesses before they come to court.

" Although the cottage is some 200 years old, the garden has mainly been developed over the last 25 years. The half-acre garden is generously planted with a large selection of rare trees and Our eclectic selection of unusual shrubs includes shrubs, many now maturing in size.

Other features include specialist collection of lilies, many unusual climbers and rare ferns. The colour continues into late summer with dahlia, berberis, euonymus and tree colour. Surprises are around every corner and lovely views of adjacent Norman Church and surrounding countryside. Plants are labelled and plant lists are available.

Entrance will be £4, to include light refreshments.
