THE Worcester Music Festival is in full-swing.

The best in local music is celebrated this weekend, with more than 300 free performances taking place around Worcester.

Whether you want to relax outside and see a band, sit in a pub and listen to a singer perform or to have a go at making music yourself in a workshop or open mic event, there is something for everyone.

Went to the Chestnut and the Marrs Bar last night. Both free. Both packed. Crossover and Cracked Actors were excellent.
