KEITH the Seal could be under threat from a new predator - a shark.

The dorsal fin of a shark was spotted in the water of the river Stour about 20ft before it is joined by Hoo Brook south of Kidderminster by Tim Hebbert.

Or, could this fin be rubbish fly tipped into the river rather than the deadly animal which usually sticks to the ocean.

Mr Hebbert said the beauty spot had now been "ruined by thoughtless dumping".

Wyre Forest District Council are now responsible for cleaning up the rubbish left behind in the river.

Anyone who sees fly tipping should report it to the council by visiting wyreforestdc.gov.uk/streets-and-parking/street-care-and-cleaning/flytipping.aspx where you can leave the details of the incident anonymously if preferred.
