CITY residents are being invited to delve into the history of their houses at at workshop this weekend.
The House History workshop will be held at The Hive, in Worcester, on Saturday, October 29, from 10am to 1pm.
At the session, visitors will learn how to search the library's catalogues and indexes, using a couple of local buildings as case studies.
Paul Hudson, learning and outreach manager at Worcestershire Archive and Archaeology Service, said: "People often come in to ask about the history of their house, and this is a great way to understand the many sources which can help you to discover the history of the building and the people who lived there."
The Archive and Archaeology Service holds a host of documents, maps, photos and census records at The Hive, to help visitors explore the history behind their houses.
