Previous developers have had problems trying to build on brown field sites in this area. Surely the developers are able to design something which will harmonise with the the rest of the houses, and stop the planners whinging about such small issues as this and address the much bigger planning issues around Worcester, after all even though my family roots are from around the St Pauls district, it's not an area of outstanding beuaty is it?

Whats wrong with the council? use brown field sites first it does not form another footprit so just reach some compromise and utilise whats available, its is not an area of outstanding beautey far from it.
