THE friends and family of Ant Rogers paid tribute to the 20-year-old on Monday night when they gathered in Hallow Playing Fields to release Chinese Lanterns in his honour.

Mr Rogers, of Isaac Walk, St John's, died after the car he was a front seat passenger in crashed in the Bilford Road, Worcester, at around 2.20am Sunday, May 25.

The gathering took place about 9pm at the place where the young man used to play football.
