EYE-catching private gardens near Malvern will be opening their gates to the public on Sunday, June 8.
The 15 gardens featured in the sixth annual Aspects of Alfrick event range from a small ‘art’ garden to a magnificent nineteenth-century water mill with two-and-a-half acres of grounds.
The event, from 11am to 6pm, is centred around Alfrick and Lulsley Village Hall, where ploughman’s lunches and afternoon teas will be served, featuring local produce.
The event has raised over £7,000for charity in previous years, and profits this year profits will be split between Alfrick and Lulsley Village Hall and Breast Cancer Research.
Tickets cost £5 and can be purchased from any participating garden.
Organiser Bridget Lewis said: “I'm delighted to announce we have three brand-new gardens and two others not seen for many years. Our gardeners are proud to allow visitors to enjoy their gardens and hope you enjoy all their hard work.”
