Daredevils wanted to hit the heights for charity
5:39pm Monday 23rd June 2014 in News
THRILL seekers are being sought after for a charity skydive in aid of Midlands Air Ambulance charity.
People aged over 16 can join the jump, organised in partnership with the Red Devils, on Tuesday, July 1.
Registration for the event is just £100 and a minimum sponsorship commitment of £450 is required.
Michelle McCracken, events manager at Midlands Air Ambulance, said: “The skydive is one of our most extreme fundraising events and we’re looking for daredevil supporters to push themselves to the limit.
"This really is the perfect way to do something truly incredible to help save lives within our region, so I’d encourage people looking to take on the challenge to register their interest now, before potentially missing out on this fantastic experience as there are only a handful of places remaining.”
Midlands Air Ambulance, which does not receive Government or National Lottery funding, relies solely on donations and needs in excess of £6.5 million each year to stay in operation.
To register, call 0800 840 2040 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
