CHAINSAWS and alcohol were stolen in a burglary in Wichenford, near Worcester overnight on Wednesday.
Thieves broke into the property between 10pm on Wednesday and 5.15am the next day.
They reportedly forced the padlock off a locked door before damaging the brickwork of the outbuilding using their hands and leaving the a hole in the wall of about 3ft by 2ft.
Once inside a padlock was then cut off a metal cabinet and two chain saws were stolen.
Forty-eight cans of cider, half Strongbow and half Woodpecker, and a small slab of Newcastle Ale bottles were also taken.
