WITH his trademark tattoos, handsome looks and stylish hair - shoppers will be forgiven for thinking they have spotted David Beckham on Saturday, September 6.
However, it will not be the former English footballer at the grand opening of Wiggles in Homend Mews, Ledbury but lookalike Andy Harmer - a David doppelganger who has appeared in films Bend it like Beckham and Goal.
Business owner Ann Beard has organised a grand opening for Wiggles, the low impact maximum gain fitness studio
Visitors can bring their socks and have a free ten minute go on the equipment which benefits include weight loss, cellulite reduction, improved circulation.
To commemorate the Centenary of World War One, people are asked to make a donation to The Soldiers, Sailors and Airforce Association (SSAFA) and there will be a red and white balloon release.
The mayor, cllr Bob Barnes will be on hand to launch the event and there will be a live music in the courtyard, charity raffle, facepainting, henna spray tattoos and more.
Mrs Beard said: "It will be a chance to discover Ledbury's best kept secret and see the range of female-owned independent businesses in the Mews.
"People will be able to enjoy a wiggle and a giggle, have their pictures taken with the David Beckham lookalike who will be showing off his football skills.
"He will definitely put a smile on everyone's faces and there will even be a documentary crew filming him."
The event takes place from 11am.
