THE winner of a canine-themed photographic competition has donated his prize - a year's supply of dog food - to charity.
Terry Mobbs won the Visit Woofcestershire competition with a dramatic shot of his dog Jenson silhouetted against the sun on Hartlebury Common.
The competition was organised by Visit Worcestershire, and the brief was to send in pictures of dogs enjoying the local countryside.
Visit Worcestershire teamed up with pet food makers Royal Canin, which offered a year's supply of dog food for the first prize.
Generously, Mr Mobbs decided to donate his prize to the Midlands and Northern Rhodesian Ridgeback Support and Rescue Trust.
Mr Mobbs said: "I am delighted that I have won the competition, and am pleased to be able to help the rescue trust by donating the prize of a year's worth of Royal Canin dog food. The trust do a wonderful job and completely rely on donations so I'm sure the food will really help them out."
