MUSIC lovers are being invited to a recital being held at a Worcester church.
The recital is being held this Friday, May 6, at St Stephen's Church, in Droitwich Road.
Appearing at the event will be cellist Corinne Frost and pianist Janine Smith.
Corinne has enjoyed a varied chamber career, having played in the Philharmonia Orchestra, the English Symphony Orchestra, the English String Orchestra and the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra.
Janine gave her debut recital at the Purcell Rooms, London, and has gone on to give recitals for music societies throughout the UK, including locally the Kidderminster Classical Music Society, the Midland Gershwin Mayerl Society, Upton Arts Music Group and the Elgar Music School.
Janine has worked as a freelance repetiteur with the Birmingham Royal Ballet in numerous educational projects, which led her to appearing in a BBC TV drama.
The recital is being given at the Droitwich Road-based church from 1pm.
Entry costs £5, which includes lunch of soup and a roll.
