CLARKE Susan Margaret Passed away on Monday, January 19th, 2015. She will be sadly missed by all of her Family and Friends. Following a private Cremation Service for Family only, there will be a Service of Thanksgiving held at St Gabriel’s Church, Hanley Swan on Thursday, February 5th, 2015 at 2 p.m. Family flowers only please.
