SCARBOROUGH Hazel Ann Passed away peacefully at the Alexandra Hospital, Redditch on July 18th, 2015, aged 75 years. Beloved wife to John. Loving mum of Jane and Matthew and a devoted nan of Oliver and Isabelle. Funeral Service will take place at Worcester Crematorium Chapel on Friday, July 31st, 2015, at 1p.m., followed by Interment at Astwood Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the Worcestershire Breast Unit Campaign, may be left in the collection box available at the Service, or sent to The Co-operative Funeralcare, 17 Lowesmoor Worcester.
