WEAVER Terry Passed away at Worcestershire Royal Hospital on March 12th, 2017, aged 69 years. Beloved husband of Pat, much loved dad to Lisa and her husband Ade and Sarah and her husband Phil and a loving grandad to Ben and Lily. Funeral Service will take place at Worcester Crematorium on Monday, April 3rd at 3.15 p.m. Donations, if desired for Guide Dogs for The Blind, may be left in the collection box available at the Service. Flowers may be sent to The Co-operative Funeralcare, 17 Lowesmoor, Worcester WR1 2RS.
