KAUFMAN (nee Swainson) Patricia Anne Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 20th. Dearly loved and greatly missed. Loving mum to Nicola and Jonathan. Devoted nanny to Katie. Beloved sister to Victor, Alan and Brian. Service in Celebration of her life to be held at 12 noon, on Thursday, October 12th, in St John's Chapel, Oxford Crematorium. Followed by refreshments at The Crown, Chinnor. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired, to the Clinical Haematology Ward, Churchill Hospital, c/o Surman & Horwood, Crowell, OX394RR.
