BAYFIELD Martin The Family of Martin, would like to say thank you for all your condolences and cards of sympathy, on the passing of Martin. It was such a tribute to see so many of his Friends and Colleagues at his Funeral Service. We would like to mention a few special thanks to: Reverend Christopher Stuart, who conducted the Memorial Service and to Graham and Dawn for their kind words during the Service. Dave Atkinson from Bedwardine Funeral Services for his help and guidance throughout. St John's House Surgery for all the support, help and care, special thanks to Alison Smith. Doctor Chen and Team at Redditch Hospital. Doctor Capaldi and Team at Worcestershire Royal Hospital. Special thanks to Maria Kavanagh for all her help, advice and kindness. St Richard's Hospice - from the Consultants, Doctors, Nurses and down to the Cleaners who helped make Martin's life a little more bearable and dignified during his last few months. Finally, thank you Liz, who unselfishly held Martin's hand and helped him throughout these last 12 months. Many thanks to you all and many more we have forgotten to mention.
