POSTANS (nee Freeman) Patricia Ann (Pat) Mervyn, Gail, Mandy and Family wish to thank everyone for the many cards and kind words of sympathy received following the loss of a much loved wife, mum, nana, sister, auntie, cousin, colleague and friend. Thanks to all the Staff at Stanfield Nursing Home for all the love and support they have shown to Pat whilst she has been in their care. Thanks also to all who attended the Funeral Service and gave donations to Alzheimer's Society and Age UK and many thanks to Anna Briggs for the lovely Service.
