WORCESTERSHIRE Conservative Future (CF) hosted its first official event in Cookley.
The barbecue on August 1 was hosted by Lisa Jones and brought together more than 20 CF members from as far afield as Hull, Manchester, London and Worcester.
Worcester MP, Robin Walker, spoke at the meeting and also Ben Howlett, a candidate for CF national chairman.
It was organised jointly by Chris Morrall, Worcestershire area chairman, and Ed Turner, Worcester chairman.
A curry night is planned on Sunday, September 12. All CF members are welcome, and the event is a possible CF national chairman hustings.
