Withers grabs a fifth degree

COBRAS chief instructor Leo Withers has achieved a fifth degree status in tae-kwon-do.

After a two-hour grading held at the Crowle Parish Hall, it was decided by John Swift, fourth degree black belt of Independent Tae-Kwon-Do schools, and Master Kevin Summers, sixth degree black belt of Independent Martial Arts), that Withers had successfully and competently completed all tasks asked of him.

Such elements included traditional line work, freestyle drills, patterns and board breaking.
