The Warriors have added a Samoan Center/wing to their ranks this week, Dominic Feaunati from London Irish. He's a big powerful player who used to play Rugby League. There have been several
successful transitions from League to Union, Jason Robinson for one. I would expect him to start on the bench this Friday, a bit of impact to come on in the 2nd half perhaps.
Picked up a couple of injuries in Viadana on Saturday, hooker Aleki Lutui and centre Mark Tucker, which is always worrying. Injuries are something which seem to be a real fact of life in modern
rugby. So many players have significant amount of time out injured each season that it has become a major factor in club and national side planning.
On a personal note, this week saw my Dad celebrate his 80th Birthday. He was the one who fired my passion for rugby and fuelled it by playing, reffing and loving the game.. Still does only little
issue is that he follows Bath!!!! It's his first birthday without my mum who died in December, they had been together for 53 years. Rugby played a significant part in our family seeming there was
only one bloke in the family of 5. England International games were a sacred event. You sat and watched in silence unless England were heading for the try line, had scored or if you wanted ask a
pertinent and sensible question.
