Well that’s how I look at it anyway. Losing to the side at the top of the Premiership and getting a losing bonus point. It does mean that the Warriors are still without a win in the
Premiership at home this season, but I get the feeling that when it does happen, (look out Bath!!) that it will be like the flood gates opening and Sixways will be the fortress it was in the
past.
The defence was just awesome again today, the guys just never stopped tackling for all 80 minutes, they just buried themselves. It was worrying to see James Brown go off in such obvious pain. Hope he
will be ok.
There have been some extensions of contracts at the club over the last few weeks, which indicates that there is a desire to play for Worcester no matter which league the Warriors are in next
season.
There needs to be a change in how the A League is organised though. Some of the players who are looking to push on into the Premiership are not getting enough game time. It seems ridiculous that the
top players are being over played and the others are not getting the time on the pitch to develop their skills to their full potential.
Well it’s Gloucester next week which always a good game to go to, but I can’t make the game unfortunately, but there will be a significant Warrior support present and the only games we
have won this season have been away games. Gloucester will be without a few of their Internationals too so you never know there might be a bit upset on the cards… Fingers
Crossed..!!!
