I went to the Player Awards Evening on Friday Night at Sixways and oh my head in the morning!! It was great evening of good food, good company and far too much to drink!!! But hey most of the players were there to see which of them got the awards this is the full list of who got what….

The Club awards were as follows

Player of the Year - Kai Horstmann

Players' Player – Dale Rasmussen

Most Improved player - Will Bowley

NPower brightest player - Matt Powell

Dodgiest hair - James Collins

Best Rear aspect – Thinus Delport

The Supporters Club awards

Best Player - Dale Rasmussen

Most Popular Player – Gavin Quinnell

Young Player of the year - Nick Runciman

Got to chat to some of the players and met Mike Ruddock for the first time and he seems a very nice bloke. Also chatted to fellow blogger Dave Bradley who looked very suave in his Tuxedo. All round top bloke is Bradders and the best stadium presenter in the Guinness Premiership bar none!!!!

I went with 6 other Warrior mad females and we had a brilliant time. The theme of the night was Hollywood so everyone was togged up to the nines. Very glamorous bunch we were too. Lots of posh frocks and tuxedos.

The new season is still weeks away, the summer is not going to go quickly enough for me and my fellow Warriors supporters. The anticipation is palpable and we have 80 days or so to the first game. Oh well I will just have to put up with the warm weather and BBQ’s, roll on the chill of Autumn and the Guinness Premiership season!!!
