Have you been watching the FA cup this season? Isnt it fantastic to see 4 lesser known teams through to the semi-final....im especially pleased as my team PORTSMOUTH are one of the four.

It goes to prove that millions of pounds can be spent on wages and transfer fees but with a bit of perseverence, team work and the odd bit of luck then anything is possible. So if you are in need of inspiration when you think the task ahead is impossible then think of plucky barnsley. First they scrapped and beat Liverpool and must have thought their cup run had come to an end when they drew the might of Chelsea in the quarter final - but wait what happened? They beat a team full of internations and beat them not by a fluke but by playing hard and committed.

A lesson for all of us...
