What an amazing weekend i had. I went to Wembley on saturday to see the FA Cup Semi-final between portsmouth and west brom. Ive got to say that after all the hype and critisism wembley is a fantastic stadium. Im not sure the £900 million it cost was really justified but it was an excellent setting for an exciting match.

As im a portsmouth fan i have to say we were lucky.
The baggies played us off the park in the first half and really should have been ahead, but that little bit of composure was missing and at half time it stayed at 0-0.

The second half was more even and we were lucky to get a goal after baros handballed in the build up but i believe you make your own luck. Pompey played much better in the second half and the baggies couldnt peneratrate one of the meanest defences in the premiership.

Im really hoping that west brom make it up to the premiership they played well and be an asset to the premiership.
