TECHNOLOGY firm OGL Computer, is showcasing its latest cutting-edge cloud technology to IT managers and IT directors, as well as managing directors and finance directors, with a free webinar October 2 at 9.30am - and there's a free breakfast thrown in.

The Stourport-on-Severn based company is calling to businesses looking to improve their organisation through IT to register for the early-morning call to learn more. The special online event comes with a free breakfast box to keep participants fed and watered throughout the webinar which will last around 30 minutes.

OGL’s desktop-as-a-service or virtual desktop Infrastructure product, is called "cDesktop" and utilises the latest cloud-computing technology. The new innovation removes the need for businesses to have servers onsite which are often occupying valuable office space, and instead allows organisations to host their applications and email in OGL’s tier IV-aligned, highly secure data centre, otherwise known as the ‘cloud’.

Cindy Phillips, marketing manager for OGL Computer, said: “OGL Computer is at the very forefront of IT development in the Midlands and we are very proud of cDesktop which offers a whole host of benefits for businesses who want to take their IT infrastructure into the cloud. We hope our free breakfast boxes will encourage IT managers, IT directors, finance directors and managing directors to take time out to join our webinar from the comfort of their office to learn all about it while enjoying breakfast on us.”

The free webinar will be hosted by OGL’s Ian Buckland and each person registering for the event by 5pm on Monday, September 29 will be sent a free goodie box of breakfast treats to their place of work to enjoy whilst the webinar is taking place.
