THERE'S a new man with the key to the door at estate agents Connells in Worcester.

Neil Swaffield has joined the team in Foregate Street as branch partner, moving from another of Connells’ branches in Kidderminster,. Mr Swaffield brings more than 16 years experience to his new role, most of which has been gained while working at various Connells offices across Worcestershire.

“I am thrilled about coming to head up the team at Connells in Worcester, especially at such an exciting time in the local market,” he said. “There are currently lots of opportunities whether you are buying, selling or letting property so I am looking forward to meeting lots of customers, old and new, as part of my new role.”

As well as Mr Swaffield's experience in estate agency, he holds degree in estates management. Throughout his career, he has worked through many different housing markets, both good and bad, so knows what it takes to be successful when selling or letting property.

“In the run up to Christmas, we usually see a flurry of activity with buyers and sellers trying to secure a sale or home before the holidays,” he added. “Although it is now unlikely you will be moved in by Christmas, there is every likelihood you could secure a sale or purchase and we are certainly still seeing a lot of interest in doing so.”
