A BROMSGROVE firm has won its first free school contract on the South Coast.

HME Technology, a top manufacturer and installer of design and technology equipment, has picked up a £35,000 order from Swanage School in Dorset.

Julian Davis, HME managing director, said: “We recently won our first prison contract, our first university technical college and now we have our first free school in this part of England.

“We keep making breakthroughs as word gets about as to our quality products and services. Design and technology often leads to very worthwhile careers which is why it is so important. It encourages children to use their hands and make things. I congratulate Swanage School on recognising this.”
