THERE'S a new person with muck on their boots at professional services firm Knights, where agricultural and rural affairs specialist Sarah Denney-Richards has joined as partner to expand its landed estates department.

Mrs Denney-Richards has spent nearly a decade working across Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Shropshire and brings with her a wealth of expertise in property and estate management. She joins partners Kate Smith, Richard Williams, Brona Simmonds and the landed estates team at Knights as the firm looks to further expand its national client base.

“Traditionally, a lot of the landed estates and agricultural clients that the department acts for have been within the North West, north Wales and the Midlands," said Mrs Denney-Richards. "But I will be helping to drive the expansion into the areas of the country where I have carved my career – Worcestershire, Herefordshire, and Gloucestershire, and, to an extent, Shropshire as well. I will be bringing my expertise in property and estates management, dealing with everything from land sales to agri-tenancy agreements for landowners, which will complement the existing team’s skills perfectly."

Knights’ chief executive David Beech added: "I am very pleased to welcome Sarah to the team here at Knights. She is a real expert in her field and will play an integral part in expanding the firm’s already well-respected landed estates work into a different area as well as enhancing the services we can offer to clients. Her reputation is extremely strong and I am sure that she will be a huge asset to the firm as we continue to grow.”
