HER first year has been so successful, skin and beauty specialist Chloe Caswell has decided to expand her business.

Bewdley-based Chloé Skin and Beauty was launched in May 2014 following a £15,000 investment by 28-years-old Miss Caswell, now she is set to invest further into the salon by adding a spray-tanning booth, a service over and above the body, nail and other beauty treatments she currently offers. Plans are also in place to hire out two of her treatment rooms to businesses whose activities compliment her own.

Miss Caswell unveiled the next phase of her business plans to more than 80 customers at a special event when she thanked them for their support in her fledgling year.

She said: “It’s amazing to be starting my second year on such a high and with new plans in place to grow and expand the business. The first 12 months are the most important for any new business and I am delighted to have had a great start, I feel really confident about the future.

“I want to offer more to the wonderfully loyal customers I have, but also attract new people who perhaps don’t know much about what we can offer on the skin or beauty side. Investments like the new spray-tan booth and gradually introducing innovative treatments are very much part of that plan. Our recent event was to thank everyone who has supported me since last May. It’s down to them spreading the word so I wanted to do something special to show my appreciation.”
