A WORCESTERSHIRE vehicle tuning business is on the move out of the county.

Viezu Technologies, which was established in 2008 and provides fuel economy tuning services for fleets of vehicles across the world from its rented base in Bromsgrove, has bought a larger site in Bidford on Avon following a £250,000 investment from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking.

The increase in space has enabled Viezu Technologies to significantly increase its production capabilities and the business, which currently employs 14 members of staff, now plans to create three new jobs in the near future.

Managing director Paul Busby said: “As leaders in the vehicle tuning industry, demand for our services had been escalating above our capacity levels, and a move to larger premises was essential for us in order to fulfil our potential. Thanks to this investment from Lloyds Bank, we have secured a new building which has been custom tailored for purpose, helping us to realise our growth ambitions for the short and long-term future.”

The business, which has clients in 58 countries, gained a significant increase in customer orders due to the efficiency of its service and needed more space to grow its operations. It approached Lloyds Bank, which provided the loan to fund the purchase of a 10,000 sq.ft. premises in Bidford.

The investment comes as part of Lloyds Bank’s continued commitment to investing in local businesses, backed up by a pledge to grow its lending to companies by £3billion net over the next three years.
