THERE'S a new face in the retail area of Evesham's 125 acre Valley country park development.

FatFace, the UK lifestyle clothing brand, has taken a prominent corner plot on the leisure and shopping complex formerly known as Evesham Country Park. The move has created nine jobs with the outlet offering a range of women's, men's and children's clothing with substantial discounts off High Street prices.

Rob Moore, property manager at FatFace, said: "We are delighted to have opened a new factory outlet store in Evesham. The Valley is a fantastic destination for retail, leisure, and outdoor pursuits and is well suited to the ethos and style of the FatFace brand. We are sure our customers will appreciate the parkland setting and are very pleased to have opened there."

Spencer Gower, retail asset manager for Eagle One, which runs The Valley, added: "It’s fantastic boost for the area that such a recognised international retailer has decided to come to Evesham. Fat Face is another great addition to The Valley, providing more jobs to the area as well as a genuine top quality retailer to add to the ever increasing mix we have here. This year has been a unbelievable one for us and 2016 sets to be even better.”

Each year, the Valley development attracts around 1.4 million visitors to its facilities, which include a 40,000 sq ft garden centre and up to 50,000 sq ft of additional retail and leisure outlets.
