LAW firm Thomas Guise has welcomed a new matrimonial solicitor/collaborative lawyer to its team.

Rob Sherrey joins the company's expanding family department. He has extensive experience in all aspects of family law, is an accredited specialist in financial provision upon separation and divorce and is also trained as a collaborative lawyer. Mr Sherrey's areas of expertise include pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, civil partnership dissolution, separation, maintenance payments, contact and residence disputes involving children. He specialises in the division of the matrimonial assets upon divorce and also has a niche in dealing with property disputes, arising generally when unmarried couples separate.
