BEAUTY is more than skin deep for a Malvern salon which has gleaned a prestigious award for the second year running.

Belle Beauty has been named a Guinot Crown Salon for 2017.

The title is awarded to salons in recognition of their outstanding contribution in the field of professional skincare by Guinot, which is only offered in specially selected salons.

The salon first took home the title last year, when founder Lucy Watkins became one of the youngest ever owners to be awarded the title.

Only when a salon achieves the highest level of Guinot treatment expertise and product knowledge in a well-presented and professional salon environment can it enter for the Crown Salon award.

Mrs Watkins, aged 28 from Worcester, attended the award event alongside her team, Clare Green and Debbie Alban, all of whom were delighted to once again be recognised.

“We are absolutely delighted to be named a Crown Salon for the second year running,” said Mrs Watkins. “We work extremely hard to offer our clients only the best treatments on the market.”

The year ahead is set to be an exciting year for the salon as in April it will relocate to new premises at 94, Worcester Road in the town.

Mrs Watkins added: “This award is a great recognition of our work and comes at a very important time for Belle Beauty. 2017 is going to be an extremely exciting year for us as we are relocating in Malvern and expanding the business. But we have great support from our customers and we are looking forward to continuing to provide a high level experience to all in the new salon.”
