A GROWING events and communications company has expanded its team with new staff added.

Drp, which has headquarters in Hartlebury, near Kidderminster, has this month added to its digital team with Adam Hill joining as front end developer, as well as in-house promotions, Ian Beresford as digital content designer and drp apprentice Joel Onions as digital assistant.

Mr Hill will be structuring and styling the customer-facing area of websites that drp are building for their clients, and moves to drp with more than 10 years of experience in this area, having worked previously at Stunn - where he did a variety of work ranging from print design, to web advertising graphics and apps.

Within the last four years drp has seen a staff retention of 90 per cent and has recruited 16 apprentices.

Recent promotions in the team see Ian Beresford moving into a full-time digital team role, and he will be supporting areas of projects such as, planning, UX, and digital design.

Joel Onions, who first joined the drp team a year ago, has now completed his apprenticeship and has been offered a full time role.

Dale Parmenter, group CEO at drp, said: "Drp has been growing organically significantly across all divisions over the past few years, further re-enforcing our true multi-channel offering.

"The demand for digital products has developed substantially, and more and more clients require digital solutions for their events. We will also be continuing to provide apprenticeships into 2017, as a tangible way to learn and develop into a full-time role.”

Drp is aiming to continue the expansion of the team, currently having 181 highly specialist professionals in three different UK offices.
