A CHILDREN'S play provider Tumble Tots has moved into new Worcestershire headquarters with the help of a county property agents.

Tumble Tots jumped at the chance to establish a major support centre in Redditch, after being supported by chartered surveyors John Truslove, which is also based in Redditch.

The firm which teaches children aged from six months to seven years old balancing, climbing, agility and coordination, was originally based at Blue Bird Park in Hunnington.

Its head office and warehousing operation has now moved into a modern unit at 49G Pipers Road, Park Farm Industrial Estate, in a deal arranged by property agents John Truslove.

Franchisees operate out of leisure and community centres, village halls and similar locations within their agreed territory, generating their income through weekly session fees.

The head office provides training, marketing, business advice and guidance.

John Truslove director, Ben Truslove, said: “For most of us nothing is more important than our children.

"Tumble Tots is a terrific organisation, continues to expand, and I am sure will prove a huge asset to Redditch and beyond.”

Managing director David Hunt added: “In addition to physical development, we look to encourage children’s language and listening skills, self-confidence, independence, and self-esteem, as well as significantly enhancing their brain development.

“Tumble Tots success has been built upon our commitment to developing children's physical and social skills within a positive and caring environment.

"Although we don’t operate sessions from our new Redditch premises, we do a have a local franchisee who runs classes at Mappleborough Green Village Hall and in Bromsgrove.

“Other areas of our business include the parenting magazine Right Start and the Tumble Tots Online Shop.

“We chose Redditch because we wanted our offices and warehousing as close as we could to our previous location to help ensure we would keep our hardworking and dedicated staff.

“The premises we have moved to are well suited to our requirements, with a good local road network as well as being close to the motorways and lots of useful services near at hand. Redditch is a great location.

“We currently employ 10 staff at our head office. However, as the business continues to grow we anticipate new job opportunities will be created,” he said.
