A WORCESTERSHIRE building developer has added a new development to its West Midlands portfolio.

Miller Homes has built 163 new homes in Ravens Croft, on the southern edge of Droitwich off Roman Way.

The 163 new, one to five-bedroom homes, already have buyers showing interest ahead of its launch in April.

The new community is forming part of an attractively landscaped, new village style neighbourhood.

Miller Homes say the homes have been built using the highest quality materials, with time and care taken to provide modern, energy efficient living that will help homebuyers cut the cost of their fuel bills.

The rural setting also benefits from excellent transport links – located just three miles from the M5 and five miles from Worcester.

Alastair Parsons, sales director for Miller Homes Midlands, said: “As well as providing high-quality new homes that will suit a range of buyers, this new development is located in an excellent area. Offering great links to Droitwich Spa town centre and close to some well regarded schools, this is an ideal setting for growing families.

“Enquiry levels for our new developments across the region have already been very high this year.

“I’d encourage all prospective homeowners to register their interest quickly to avoid missing out on their dream new home in the area.”

Miller Homes has several developments in the region, including Montague Court in Stratford-Upon-Avon and Chestnut Grove in Wellesbourne.
