THE corporate solutions division of chartered accountants Ormerod Rutter has relocated to new offices in St Andrews Court, Droitwich, the company’s fifth office to be established in the area.
As specialists in management buy-outs, company sales and acquisitions, purchase and sales of company assets, and taxation advice on corporate finance, the corporate solutions division has seen tremendous growth over the last few years, which has necessitated further expansion and the move to new offices in the town.
Originally founded in 1983 by Peter Ormerod, the company acquired its headquarter offices on the Kidderminster Road just outside Droitwich in 1994, and is now one of the region’s largest independent employers.
Ormerod Rutter has a further office in Droitwich town centre for its Ormerod Rutter Solutions division, which specialises in bookkeeping and small business accountancy services. It also has an office on Berry Hill’s Roman Way Business Centre dealing specifically with partnerships, sole traders and small limited companies.
Ormerod Rutter’s other office is on The Strand in Bromsgrove town centre and was opened in 2001.
