I won a bottle of bubbly from my business landlord

IT’S been a bubbly time for Malvern Link company owner Norman Stockall after winning a bottle of champagne in a competition organised by his business centre landlord.

Martin Wilesmith, who owns two successful Worcestershire business centres – Link Business Centre, Malvern, and Upton Business Centre – decided to organise a questionnaire, asking tenants at both of his centres what more could be done to improve things, with all participants being entered into a prize draw.

The winner was Mr Stockall of Stockall Electronics, who has been based at the Link Business Centre since it opened more than 14 years ago. Mr Stockall’s daughter Kate has now joined the team, while his son Darren also runs a business from the same premises, Worcester Solar Heating, which he launched in 2006.

Both Mr Stockall and his son said the location is ideal for their particular business and is an ideal environment to ensure efficiency and productivity.

“It’s always good to hear that businesses are doing well, and that our tenants are pleased with how the centres are run.” said Kim Riding, site administrator.
