TWO of the top names in the West Midlands property world, McCartneys and Phipps and Pritchard, are to merge.
Both firms were established in the 1800s and offer a comprehensive range of property services.
McCartneys has 17 property offices and five livestock centres covering four counties. It runs Worcester cattle market in Nunnery Way.
Phipps and Pritchard has offices covering Kidderminster, Stourport, Bewdley and Bridgnorth.
John Uffold, chairman of McCartneys, said: “The merger of our two practices will mean that we can offer an unrivalled service across our expanded area. We will have 20 estate agency offices across five counties, from Powys through Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and into the West Midlands.”
