A WORCESTER pub believes it is the first in the city to offer a new video game on the big screen.
The Brunswick Arms, in Malvern Road, St John's, has connected the latest Nintendo Wii console to their big screen and punters are now able to throw darts, bowl, box, and practice their tennis and golf swings with the motion-sensitive controller.
Landlady Kelly Hankins, said: "It seems to be going really well, everybody who is on it, young and old, loves it."
The games console was this year's must-have Christmas present, and is the latest in video game technology. Instead of holding a video controller and pressing buttons, players use the motion-sensitive device and simulate the action required.
For example, if the person is playing tennis they will actually swing their arm and pretend to hit a ball which is being shown on the screen.
