A SPORTS tournament for students who may not usually be involved in competitive sport has been held at a Worcester school.

Tudor Grange Academy Worcester hosted the Boccia and Curling Sainsbury's School Games this week.

The tournament for those with special educational needs aimed to offer competition for students with learning and physical disabilities and students not usually involved in sport.

Five schools entered the competition with Tudor Grange winning the tournament.

Pupils will now go on to represent Droitwich and Worcester at the Summer School Games in July.

Pupil Ella Sunderland said she was proud to have taken part.
