The High Street is full to bursting with outfits perfect for the changeover between summer to autumn. If you’re off on holiday in the next few weeks, now is the time to make the most of the sales and grab yourself a new swimsuit or shades at a fraction of the cost – brilliant if you are on a tight budget but don’t want to feel like you’ve worn the same bikini for the last few years.

If you’re looking to update your wardrobe this season, the item to go for is ruffles, from slinky tops to sexy skirts and glam dresses, which will make you feel more feminine in any outfit. For the daytime, try Dorothy Perkins’ teal sequin and ruffle top, £18, with a pair of skinny indigo denim jeans, £15, and gladiator sandals.

I’m loving the new range coming from Bruuns Bazaar sold in Stripes on Foregate Street. There are only about five places in the country you can buy this range – which is great for shoppers in Worcester.

The design (BZR) not only has some really simple and classic styles, but can also be worn for a number of occasions. A pink buttoned top, £59, will be in stock at the end of July in Stripes as part of its autumn/winter range. It’s great worn with jeans or even work trousers, and light enough to carry you through the day and add a bit of colour to your wardrobe.
