The woodland has a lovely developing ash coppice contained within an area of ancient woodland. There is potential for harvesting fallen wood/timber and for thinning the woodland, subject to obtaining the necessary felling licence. The property is bordered by further paddock, orchard and ancient woodland. The land offers excellent potential for use as a small holding, equestrian or recreational uses. There are no services on the land. However, we are informed that water and electricity are available in the lane.
