IN spring a law firm's thoughts turn to promotion and at Harrison, Clark Rickerbys in Worcester three rising stars are moving up the ladder.

James Lowe, a senior associate in the firm’s licensing and regulatory team, has been promoted to partner. Mr Lowe, who specialises in health and safety, environmental law, food hygiene and a broad range of other regulatory issues He said: “I am delighted to be promoted to partner. We have an excellent team here of which I am proud to be a part. I look forward to carrying on my work with Heath Thomas and the rest of the team to continue the growth and development of the department.”

Also taking the next step in her career is Dina Parmar, who becomes a senior associate. Ms Parmar is also nominated for employee of the year in the Wonderful Worcestershire Woman Awards, to be presented at the end of the month. She trained and qualified with Harrison Clark Rickerbys and is part of the commercial property team, specialising in landlord and tenant issues, leases and property development. She said: “2016 looks like a good year for me. The firm has always supported my professional development and I have had some great mentors here.”

Carl Robinson, who works in the firm’s insolvency team, also moves up to associate. He said: “I am really pleased and I look forward to adding to my skills here in the future.”

Jonathan Brew, the firm’s senior partner, said: “We aim to nurture talent whenever possible, and promoting those who go the extra mile for their clients is part of that drive; it is always an extra pleasure to promote those who trained and qualified with us. We all congratulate James, Dina and Carl.”
