KNIGHT Frank has announced the amalgamation of its Hereford and Worcester branches, to form the ‘Three Counties Office’, based in Worcester. Partner Jonathan Bengough, from Hereford, will join the Knight Frank Worcester office from the end of July 2017.
Partner Anthony Clay, will move from the Hereford office to Knight Frank’s Cardiff branch to establish its residential sales division for country properties across South Herefordshire Monmouthshire and South Wales as a whole. The Cardiff team will also be expanding in the very near future to incorporate a city sales arm.
The decision to consolidate Knight Frank’s presence across Herefordshire and the wider Three Counties region was made following in-depth analysis of the market, which identified key areas of growth and strength and how the firm can maximise its ability to manage clients and purchasers alike.

Jonathan has over 25 years’ experience in the Herefordshire and Midlands market, across both rural and town properties, and from Worcester he will now be able to fully capture the large number of enquiries that are originating from the Midlands and Birmingham.
It is also a very exciting time at which to grow our residential sales team in Cardiff, a city which has seen dramatic growth, thanks in particular to developments around Cardiff Bay. Anthony, who lives locally to the area, has been an unwavering presence in the Monmouthshire and South Herefordshire region for 20 years, so is perfectly placed to focus specifically on sales in this area and to expand the Knight Frank team in Cardiff.’
The Knight Frank Hereford office will begin the reorganisation process from August 1 onwards. The current phone number will then automatically transfer calls to the Three Counties office in Worcester, or to the Cardiff office.
